No Return & No Refund

All products purchased from Tossbites are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Taste or personal preference
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Incorrect quantity ordered
  • Delay caused by the courier service (unless the order is lost)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

A replacement or refund will only be considered if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a wrong product.
  • The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.

To report such an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your request must include:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer, at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to the original payment method.

Products Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or partially consumed.
  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product has been stored improperly after delivery.
  • The damage is caused due to mishandling by the customer.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved after verification, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
