Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a specified value as part of promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged package, missing items, or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation Policy

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
